SamoDaPrasham.mk is part of the Nexa ecosystem (nexa.mk). Viewing or using this page does not create an attorney-client relationship with the operator or with any partner in the ecosystem.

Referral of messages to partners (Nexa ecosystem)

Nexa is a system that connects users and visitors with suitable professionals (lawyers, accountants, and consultants). After a message is received through the contact form, the user receives an automatic confirmation by email, and the request is presented to our network of verified professionals.

The request is presented to the network anonymously — without disclosing the name, contact details, or any other data by which the user could be identified. The user's contact details (email) are shared with a specific professional only if that professional expresses interest in offering a solution or service, and solely for the purpose of contacting the user directly.

Sharing is carried out on the basis of the user's explicit consent given when submitting the form. The user may withdraw consent at any time — via the "I do not wish to be contacted" button in the automatic confirmation, or by writing to info@nexa.mk. After withdrawal, the request will not be forwarded to any professional.

The user has no financial or material obligations toward Nexa. Any collaboration, its terms, and its price are agreed exclusively and directly with the professional who contacts the user. The relationship between the user and the professional is formed separately and outside of Nexa, which is not a party to that relationship and does not guarantee its outcome.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing and using SamoDaPrasham.mk ("the Platform"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of the Service

SamoDaPrasham.mk is an educational platform that provides:

  • General legal information for individuals in Macedonia
  • An AI-based legal assistant for basic questions
  • Search by categories of legal topics
  • Information for contacting lawyers

  • The AI assistant is NOT a lawyer and is NOT a substitute for professional legal advice
  • Every case is unique and requires individual analysis by a licensed lawyer
  • Do not take legal action based solely on the information from this platform
  • Always consult a qualified lawyer for your specific situation

4. Communication via the Contact Form

⚠️ IMPORTANT — READ BEFORE SENDING A MESSAGE

By sending a message through the contact form on SamoDaPrasham.mk, you accept the following terms:

  • There is no attorney-client confidentiality. Communication through this platform does NOT create an attorney-client relationship and is NOT protected by attorney privilege or confidentiality. Any information sent through the contact form does not enjoy legal protection of confidentiality.
  • We are not obligated to respond. SamoDaPrasham.mk is not required to reply to messages sent. Sending a message does not create any obligation to respond, act, or provide any form of legal service.
  • Deletion of messages. If within 7 (seven) days of receiving the message we do not identify a suitable opportunity to refer it to a professional, the message will be permanently deleted.
  • We do not share personal data. If personal identifying data is included in the message, it will not be shared with third parties. However, we strongly urge you NOT to include personal data (full name, national ID number, address, phone number, or other identifying personal data) in your message.
  • Automatic closure upon personal data. Should the user include personal identifying data in the message, the matter will be closed immediately and the message permanently deleted, without further processing.
  • This is NOT a request for legal advice. Sending a message through the contact form does not constitute a request for legal advice, legal service, or legal representation. You should not expect a response within a specific timeframe, nor any specific type of legal response, directly or indirectly.
  • Anonymous presentation of the request. By sending a message through the contact form, you agree that SamoDaPrasham.mk may, but is not obligated to, share the content of your request with licensed lawyers or other professionals from the Nexa ecosystem in order to provide suitable assistance. The request is presented to the network anonymously — without your name, contact details, or other identifying data. Your contact information (email address) is shared with a specific professional only if that professional expresses interest in contacting you regarding the request. SamoDaPrasham.mk does not guarantee that a professional will be found for your case, nor is it obligated to take any action in that regard. This option is entirely at the discretion of SamoDaPrasham.mk and creates no obligation to act, mediate, or produce a result.
  • Right to withdraw (recall). After sending, you receive an automatic confirmation by email. At any time you may withdraw consent and prevent your request from being forwarded — via the "I do not wish to be contacted" button in that confirmation, or by writing to info@nexa.mk.
  • No material obligations toward Nexa. You have no financial or material obligations toward SamoDaPrasham.mk or Nexa. Any collaboration, its terms, and its price are agreed exclusively and directly with the professional who contacts you.

This platform serves solely for informational purposes and to refer users to professional legal help from licensed lawyers. No content or communication through the platform constitutes legal advice.

5. Sign-in and Profile

To use the AI assistant, you must sign in via Google. By signing in, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Maintain the security of your profile
  • Not share your profile with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

6. Usage Limits

To ensure fair access for all users:

  • Each user may ask a maximum of 10 questions per week to the AI assistant
  • The limit resets every week (Monday at 00:00)
  • Content search has no limit
  • We reserve the right to adjust limits to prevent abuse

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
  • Post false or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to circumvent the usage-limit system
  • Automate access (bots, scrapers) without authorization
  • Harass other users or moderators
  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Impersonate another person or organization

8. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (text, graphics, logo, AI responses) is the property of SamoDaPrasham.mk or our partners.

  • You have a license for personal, non-commercial use only
  • You may not copy, distribute, or sell content
  • Legal documents and laws are public property

9. Your Rights Over Data

The questions and conversations you create are yours. You have the right to:

  • Review your history
  • Delete conversations
  • Delete your profile and all data

10. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information:

  • The AI assistant may make mistakes
  • Laws change and may not all be updated immediately
  • We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy
  • Always verify information with official sources

11. Limitation of Liability

SamoDaPrasham.mk, its founders, employees, and partners are NOT LIABLE for:

  • Decisions made based on information from the Platform
  • Errors or inaccuracies in the content or AI responses
  • Direct, indirect, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or profit
  • Service interruptions

12. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate profiles that violate the Terms
  • Modify or discontinue the service at any time
  • Restrict usage for users who abuse the service

13. Third Parties

The Platform uses third-party services:

  • Google: For authentication (OAuth)
  • OpenAI: For AI processing of questions
  • MongoDB: For data storage
  • Vercel: For hosting

Each of these services has its own terms of use that apply to you.

The Platform may contain links to external websites (e.g., a directory of lawyers). We are not responsible for the content or policies of these sites.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via email or a banner on the website. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts in Skopje.
